Using Kno2 Desktop to print or download received messages

Kno2 Desktop allows you to receive a popup notification on your computer, which can be clicked to take you to My Intake.

To Print or Download the message using Kno2 Desktop, click the pop-up or navigate to your Intake by logging in at https://app.kno2fy.com. The message will remain in My Intake until it has been processed by you or another user who has permissions to process the message (configured in Intake Rules by your Kno2 Administrator).

Print with Kno2 Desktop

  1. Select the message to open it.

  2. Expand the Print drop-down arrow and select Print with Kno2 Desktop.

  3. Mark the message as Processed if desired.

  4. The message will print to your default printer.

Download with Kno2 Desktop

  1. Select the message to open it.

  2. Review the patient and attachment details for completion.

  3. Expand the Download drop-down arrow and select Export with Kno2 Desktop.

  4. Mark the message as Processed if desired.

  5. The message and attachments will be downloaded from Kno2 based upon the settings configured in Intake Download for your organization.
