How to print Direct messages or faxes from My Intake

To print faxes and messages, please ensure your organization has selected an option that meets your organization's needs and preferences.

If a Kno2 admin has not enabled other print options, an option available to users is to install the Kno2 Client.

Here's how to use this feature once installed:

  1. Click on a message in My Intake.

  2. Click the blue printer icon and select Print with Kno2.

  3. You may select if you want to print the message body, and if you would like to mark the message as Processed so it only shows up under the Processed filter

  4. Depending on your browser, you may be prompted to Open or Save the downloaded Kno2 package. Select Open or click the downloaded file to proceed.

  5. The Document Wizard will open. Select Print.

  6. The message will print to your default printer. The printing confirmation will appear. Select Close.
