Kno2 offers two printing options to meet different needs:

If you do not need to make any changes to the document, we recommend using Print from Browser - jump to the steps here.

If you need to make changes to the document, such as deleting or rotating pages, or if there are multiple attachments you wish to download simultaneously, we recommend using Kno2 Desktop - jump to the steps here.

Print from Browser

  1. Click on a message in My Intake.

  2. Ensure you have selected the attachment you wish to print (it will be highlighted yellow).

  3. Click the grey printer icon on the toolbar above the message preview (note: if your window is minimized, you will see three grey lines; click them access the collapsed menu).

  4. Select your desired destination, pages, copies, and color, or use the default options.

  5. Click Print.

  6. If you need to mark the message as Processed, use the blue drop-down menu in the top right to select Mark as Processed.

Repeat for any additional attachments on the message you wish to print.

If your organization was registered prior to 8/30/24, your Kno2 administrator will need to enable Printing from Browser to make this option available.

Example of Printing from Browser.
