In most cases a message or fax will be marked as Processed when printing, exporting or downloading to EMR. However, in the event that a message should have been marked as processed, but was inadvertently missed, there is an option from within an open message or fax to mark it as processed. From the far-right drop-down menu, select Mark as Processed.
After selection of this option, a confirmation will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the message or fax has been marked as processed. This will remove the message or fax from all intake boxes where it appears and can be viewed using the Processed filter in My Intake.
