If a received message or fax is not needed by your organization, there are two ways available to delete it. From My Intake, select the drop-down arrow on the right side of the message and click Delete.
The other option is from within the message or fax, where you are viewing it. From the far right drop-down menu, select Delete.
Either of these options will remove the message or fax from your intake and the intake of all others who had permissions to process it. Note that once a message or fax has been deleted, it is not retrievable. Admins may view deleted faxes using the Deleted filter in My Intake; they may Forward a deleted message internally to make it available as a new forwarded message in My Intake.
