To download a fax that is not patient-related, you may use the Non-patient Export option if your Kno2 admin as configured it as part of your Intake Download settings.
Here's how to use this feature:
Open the fax message, triage message, or uploaded batch in My Intake.
Select the far right drop-down arrow to expand the menu.
Select Non-Patient Export from the drop-down menu.
Click the checkbox to include the Message Body if desired.
Include Selected Attachment(s) will be checked by default.
You may mark the message as Processed so it only shows up under the Processed filter in My Intake.
Select Download.
Depending on your browser, you may be prompted to Open or Save the downloaded Kno2 package. Select Open or click the downloaded file to proceed.
