Enable automatic return to Intake after a message is processed

Return to Intake allows users to automatically be returned to My Intake upon a message's status being updated to Processed, such as when using Download to EMR, when marking the message as Processed during printing and downloading, or when manually marking a message as Processed.


Enabling Return to Intake

  1. Click on Account (your name) in the top right corner.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Select User Preferences.

  4. Select Return to Intake from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click Save Changes.

The next time you process a message, you will be automatically returned to My Intake.
