Messages and faxes received into your Kno2 account are handled from My Intake. From here, you will process the messages and associated attachments, and save/download, print or file to your patient record, either in paper charts or electronically.
Processing may include performing Triage, where attachments may be separated into individual documents prior to final processing of a message or fax.
If a reply or forward of a message or fax is needed, this should be completed prior to marking a message as processed.
In the case where a message or fax is received, but not needed, it may be deleted.
Before you can begin to process messages from your Intake, you will need to install the Kno2 Client, Kno2 Client for Mac, or Kno2 Desktop.
Your system administrator has configured the download settings for your Kno2 instance.
