Kno2 offers the following Intake Download options. All options are common methods for importing/uploading documents into your patient charts. By default, all organizations are initially configured to Save or Print.

​Print Only
All Kno2 messages, Direct messages or faxes, with associated attachments, are converted to a print-ready format for easy filing to your paper charts.

​Save or Print
Save to designated Patient Folder or Single Directory in a preferred file format. Kno2 messages, Direct messages, faxes, and associated attachments are organized within a folder. Used for long term network storage or easy/automated import into an EMR. Can also print if desired.

​Forward to EMR
Allows a Kno2 message, Direct message or fax to be forwarded to one or more Direct addresses of an EMR, sending the message and attachment(s) directly into the patient record.
