Kno2file™ allows you to specify the file naming convention of downloaded messages using information from the messages. The following fields are available to be included in a Download Profile:

  • Message From

  • Message Date

  • Patient Id

  • Patient First Name

  • Patient Middle Name

  • Patient Last Name

  • Patient Gender

  • Patient DOB

If you do not opt to Use Advance Filename Options, the download profile will utilize existing default file naming.
