Troubleshooting Download to EMR
Cloud is red
When there is a problem downloading the message, the status indicator will turn red, and the message will update to a 'Suspended' status. This indicates one of the following issues:
A problem matching the patient information to your EMR chart.
A problem with the attachment, such as attachment size.
A problem with your integration's connection.
Please contact support@kno2.com for assistance troubleshooting Suspended messages.
Cloud is orange and does not change
An orange cloud indicates the message is flagged for your EMR to download based on EMR-driven criteria.
Review the date of the message. If the message is more than two weeks old, your EMR may not be able to accept it. You can Forward the message to yourself and download the newly received copy of the message as a workaround.
If the message is not more than two weeks old, please contact your EMR support to review why the EMR has not picked up the message.
Cloud is green but you cannot locate the message in the patient chart
A green cloud indicates your EMR has confirmed receipt of the downloaded message. Please contact your EMR support to review why the EMR has confirmed receipt of the message, but it is not visible to you.
