With the ICANotes integration, documents from Kno2 will be downloaded directly into the patient record in ICANotes. To enable this functionality, please select the following Intake Download settings:
Export Type: Select Save or Print
Standard Download: Select Standard Download
File Location Options: Select Patient Folder and enter c:\kno2\ or another directory location to create patient folders. This location will only be used if a patient file is exported out of Kno2 instead of downloaded to ICANotes.
File Format Options: Select Convert to PDF
