Once a Kno2 admin has enabled Download From Browser for an organization, users can quickly download an attachment to their computer's Downloads folder.
Here's how to use this feature:
Open a message you wish to download.
Ensure you have selected the attachment you wish to download (it will be highlighted yellow).
Click the grey download icon on the toolbar above the message preview (note: if your window is minimized, you will see three grey lines; click them to access the collapsed menu).
If you need to mark the message as Processed, use the blue drop-down menu in the top right to select Mark as Processed.
Repeat for any additional attachments on the message you wish to download.
