Users will be automatically prompted to change their password every 60 days. Password requirements include:
Be at least 12 characters in length.
Include a combination of upper case and lower case letters, one number and at least one special character (!@#$%, etc.).
A previous password cannot be reused.
Reset Password Options
A user can initiate a password reset from their Account.
Click the Account icon in the upper right-hand corner
Select Reset Password.
A modal will open prompting the user to enter their Old Password, New Password, Confirm Password and Update Password.
Once completed, select Save Changes to close the modal.

A user can contact their Kno2 Connected™ app administrator for assistance.
The administrator will then navigate to the settings gear and select Users.
Click on the drop-down list for that user.
Select the “Reset Password” option.
The user will receive an email containing a link to reset their password. This option does NOT require a Two-Factor Authentication code to be entered.

A user can initiate a password reset from the Forgot Password? option at the login screen.
At login, click Forgot Password?
Enter the email address used to sign in to your Kno2 Connected™ app.
The user will receive an email containing a link to reset their password.
They must have a valid Two-Factor Authentication number on file to receive a confirmation code.
Upon entering the code, they will be prompted to reset their password.
