To reset a forgotten password, you may click the Forgot Password? option located under the Log in button on the Log in page. You will be prompted to enter the email address you use for your Kno2 login; enter it and click the Send email.
You must have a two-factor authentication option on file as a security step. Once your request is confirmed, you will receive an email that guides you in resetting your password.
A user can also contact their organization's Kno2 administrator for assistance.
The administrator will then navigate to the settings gear and select Users.
Click on the drop-down list for that user.
Select the “Reset Password” option.
The user will receive an email containing a link to reset their password. This option does NOT require a Two-Factor Authentication code to be entered.
