Auditing User Activity in Kno2

Kno2 Administrators have the ability to view a specific user’s activity in Kno2, including the type of activity and the date and time performed. To view an individual user’s activity:

  1. Navigate to Settings ("gear" icon) and select Users or Network Users.

  2. Select the drop-down arrow on the far right of that user line.

  3. Select Activity.

  4. On the left, All is selected by default to show all activity for a user.

    1. Select other activity types on the left to view that particular activity type.

  5. Select the desired date range.

    1. Note: activity older than 30 days does not display unless the date range is selected.
