In your Kno2 Connected™ app, there are many ways to audit activity, including message events, an organization activity report, and specific user or message activity. These audits are found in four separate areas, depending on what type of audit you wish to perform.
Message Events
Message Events displays the date, time and statuses of messages as they are sent and received in your Kno2 Connected™ app for any activated Document Source.
Activity Report
The Activity Report can be found from the Dashboard by selecting the icon on the far right of the Recent Activity grid. The activity report can be filtered by date, then downloaded to show all message activity for your organization.
User Activity
User activity allows Kno2 Administrators to view a specific user’s activity in Kno2, including the type of activity and the date and time performed.
Message Activity
Message Activity allows administrators to view all activity for specific messages in My Intake and in Release.
