Because your patient’s information is being communicated over the Internet, we ensure the information is transferred in an encrypted format and is also stored to the selected Intake Download location for your organization. To be able to print or download messages and attachments received in your Intake to a local network drive or your local printer, we required one of the following Kno2 products be installed:
Kno2 Client
Vista, Win 7, Win 8 and windows server 2008 and up
.NETFramework_Versionv4.5.1 or higher - Important: You will be prompted to download this as part of the install if your system does not have this .NET version
User must be a local administrator on the PC during installation of the Kno2 client only
Mac OS X El Capitan, OS X Yosemite and up
64 bit Windows 7 or newer
