To print or download faxes and messages, please ensure your organization has selected an option that meets your organization's needs and preferences.
One option manageable by users is Kno2 Client for Mac. The Kno2 Client for Mac provides a secure and efficient method for handling an entire message and all the attachments in a single step, instead of one attachment at a time.
Download for Mac
Select the "?" in the upper right-hand corner to access the Support Center.
Click on the down arrow on the right, across from Downloads, to view the available downloads.
Select Kno2 Client for Mac (most recent version).
Install Kno2 Client for Mac
After downloading the Kno2 Client for Mac, complete the following steps to install the client.
Navigate to your default downloads location to locate the downloaded client. The filename will be InstallKno2.
Double click the install package.
You will be prompted to open the package; select Open.
Enter your Mac username and password to allow the installation to occur.
The Kno2 Client for Mac will install.
Upon completion of the installation, select Quit.
Your Kno2 Document Export client is now installed and can be found in your Launchpad or your Applications folder.
