To print or download faxes and messages, please ensure your organization has selected an option that meets your organization's needs and preferences.
One option manageable by users is Kno2 Client. The Kno2 Client provides a secure and efficient method for handling an entire message and all the attachments in a single step, instead of one attachment at a time.
Download for PC
Select the "?" in the upper right-hand corner to access the Support Center.
Click on the down arrow on the right, across from Downloads, to view the available downloads.
Select Kno2 Client (most recent version).
Install Kno2 Client
After downloading the Kno2 Client (Version 1.3.7), complete the following steps to install the client.
Depending on your browser, you will open the download, run or save this file before opening.
The Kno2 Setup Wizard will open. Select Next to begin the installation process.
The default location for installation of the Kno2 Client will be displayed. You may select a different destination location if you wish. Then select Next.
You do not need a desktop icon for Kno2 Client, as you cannot launch Kno2 with it.
Setup selections are complete, and you are ready to install the client. Select Install.
The installation of the Kno2 Client will initiate. This process should run quickly.
Select Finish to complete the setup process.
The Kno2 Document Wizard will open and ask you to select a Kno2 bundle; you can close this window at this time.
You are now ready to print or download messages from My Intake!
