Barti Kno2 is powered by Kno2, the fax and Direct message service provider that runs behind the scenes. With the Barti Kno2 integration, you can fax outbound from your normal Barti account, and you will access received faxes in the Barti Kno2 portal. Yes, you can add user logins for your staff in the Kno2 portal:
Log in at kno2.prod.barti.com as an administrator.
Navigate to the "User" section.
Add new user logins for your staff.

Accessing Incoming Faxes
How do I access incoming faxes in the Barti Kno2 portal?
To access incoming faxes in the Barti Kno2 portal, follow these steps:
Log in at kno2.prod.barti.com.
Navigate to Intake on the left side of the page.
View the list of received faxes assigned to you.

How do I enable email notifications for incoming faxes? Do those notifications push to phones?
To enable email notifications for incoming faxes:
Log in as an admin: kno2.prod.barti.com.
Create Intake Rules: This gives users access to received faxes: Intake Rules | Kno2® Knowledge Base (intercom.help).
New message email notifications are enabled by default for incoming faxes, so once a user is added to an Intake Rule, they will receive email notifications.
These notifications can be pushed to phones if your email client supports push notifications.
What if I have email notifications enabled, but don’t see anything in my inbox?
If you have email notifications enabled but don't see anything in your inbox:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Ensure that your email address is correctly configured in the Kno2 portal.
Verify that your email client is set up to receive notifications from Kno2.
Ensure your user account is assigned to the appropriate Intake Rule(s).
How do I enable the address book in the Kno2 portal?
To enable the outbound address book in the Barti Kno2 portal, you can utilize the Contacts Uploader. Please note this only applies to the Barti Kno2 outbound fax experience.
Can I download and use the Kno2 desktop aside from accessing through the web browser?
Kno2 Desktop is not available for Barti Kno2 users.
