Message Events displays the date, time and statuses of messages as they are sent and received by your Kno2 instance for any activated Document Source. Message events can be found by selecting Notifications from the upper right-hand corner and then selecting the Message Events tab. A typical message being sent will show a status of Sent and then Delivered. Other statuses, such as Forwarded, Replied or Processed will also be displayed as they occur. If there was a failure sending a Kno2 message as a Direct message, an event would appear here with a Failed status.

Specific message events can be displayed by selecting the message event type on the left. All is selected by default to show all types of message events for your organization.

NOTE: Users will only see message events for which they have permissions. Administrators will see all events.
