Managing MFA/2FA upon initial login to Kno2

As a new user, you will receive an email to create your Kno2 User Account. If your Kno2 Administrator has required Two-Factor Authentication for your organization, you will be required to configure it upon your initial login.

Prerequisite: Create a password

  • Click the link in that email to complete user setup process.

  • You will be brought to a Create Your Kno2 Account window.

  • Enter new password.

  • Confirm new password.

  • Select Register.

Configure Multifactor Authentication

Upon your next login, you will be prompted to select a Multifactor Authentication method that best fits your needs.

App Store/Google Play

If you already have a preferred authenticator app installed on your device, click Continue. Otherwise, select the appropriate option for your device and install an app of your choice, then click Continue. A QR code will be displayed.

Try another method (SMS/text)

If you prefer to receive your codes by SMS/text, select Try another method. A phone number verification screen will be displayed.
