If you have received an notification of a new Kno2 message, but cannot find the message in My Intake, please ensure you have chosen the appropriate View, Rules, or Filter setting for the message.
For example, you may need to chose to view 'Unassigned' messages or filter to 'In Progress' to view a new message in My Intake. These options are located in the right hand pane of the My Intake screen.
If you still do not see a message after changing your view/filter options, please confirm with your team that another user has not already Processed or Deleted the message before you were able to access it.
