The following steps should be completed by an Axxess Connect Administrator.
Log into Axxess Connect.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon) > API.
Choose the ‘+’ to Add a Kno2 Integration; the Edit Integration modal will open.
Select Axxess from the Integration Type drop-down list.
Enter the App Id assigned to the customer for API access.
Enter the Client Id and Client Secret assigned to the customer by Axxess for API access.
Click Check Connection and ensure a green checkmark is returned.
Select Save.
Click Enable (power icon).
