The following steps should be completed by a Kno2 Administrator.
NOTE: API Access is required and must be setup by the Suncoast team prior to configuration in Kno2.
Log into Kno2.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon) > API.
Choose the ‘+’ to Add a Kno2 Integration; the Edit Integration modal will open.
Select Suncoast from the Integration Type drop-down list.
Enter the Username assigned by Suncoast (Axxess) for API access.
Enter the Password assigned by Suncoast (Axxess) for API access.
Enter the Site Key assigned by Suncoast (Axxess) for API access.
Enter the App Id assigned by Suncoast (Axxess) for API access.
Click Check Connection and ensure a green checkmark is returned.
Select Save.
Click Enable (power icon).
