Selection of a message in My Intake will open the message with a preview of the selected attachment. Document viewer controls will help you navigate through the document.

Example of Document Viewer.
  1. Next Page, Previous Page, Last Page and First Page allow you to page through the message. You may also scroll through the message using the scroll bar or mouse wheel.

  2. Search allows you to search text-based PDFs.

  3. Zoom Out and Zoom In allow you to zoom out or in of the document.

  4. Rotate Right allows you to rotate a single page clockwise. Rotate Left allows you to rotate a single page counterclockwise. The drop-down button next to them allows you to rotate all pages left or right.

  5. Remove allows you to delete or remove a page. This will be disabled if there is only one page left in an attachment.

  6. Reset allows you to return the message to its original state.

  7. If enabled by your organization admin, Print from Browser and/or Download from Browser allow you to quickly print or download the message. Note: If the screen resolution is reduced, these buttons may be collapsed into a menu of three lines.

  8. Along the left side of the viewer is a Thumbs tab. When selected, this displays thumbnails of each page of the document. If the displayed document has several pages, there may be a scroll bar to scroll through each page. Select the Thumbs tab to collapse this view.

Note: If the attachment is a video or other non-supported file type, it may not be able to be previewed. A message will be displayed indicating that the preview is unavailable, however, the file may be downloaded in order to view.

Restore Attachment

A Restore attachment button may be displayed at the bottom of the attachment pane on the right. This will only be displayed when changes to an attachment have previously been made and saved. If changes had been made to more than one attachment, a restore button will be displayed for each attachment. Selecting the Restore attachment button will return the attachment to its original state.
