There are three statuses you may see for a Direct address:
Activated is the status assigned to a Direct address that has been added to the National Provider Directory and can be used for any configuration or process in your Kno2 Connected™ app.
Provisioning is the status assigned to a new Direct address that has been created, but the organization is pending activation. Once the organization is activated, the status will automatically be updated from Provisioning to Activated.
Failed indicates there was an issue adding the Direct address to the National Provider Directory. Ask to speak with a member of the Kno2 Healthcare Network Services (HCNS) team for assistance.
