Printing from Browser to allow users to quickly print to any printer, including print to PDF.
If your organization was registered after 8/30/24, this option is enabled by default.
An administrator can manage this option for all users with the following steps:
Navigate to Settings.
Click on Intake Download.
Scroll down.
To enable - check the box for Enable Printing from Browser.
To disable - uncheck the box for Enable Printing from Browser.
Save Changes.
When enabled, users see the following print button in their message preview toolbar:
