If you use paper-based charts or would like to only print faxes and Direct messages received in Kno2, navigate to Settings > Intake Download, select the Print Only radio button and click Save Changes to save the Intake Download Configuration.

With this selection, users will not be allowed to electronically save information to their PC or a network drive. Printing is the only option that is allowed.

Optional: You may check the Enable Printing From Browser box and Save Changes to allow printing to any printer, including PDF.
