Microsoft Entra ID Configuration for Single Sign On

If you have selected Microsoft Entra ID as your Identity Provider

This guide is intended for Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory/Azure AD) admins who are configuring Single Sign On (SSO) in Kno2. It provides details regarding how to enter information generated in your Kno2fy portal into the Azure portal.

Microsoft Entra ID Configuration

Sign in to your Azure Portal:

Locate Kno2fy in Enterprise Applications

Once logged in, search for Enterprise Applications:

Click New application:

Search for Kno2fy:

Browse Microsoft Entra Gallery

Click on the Kno2fy tile and click Create:

Configure SAML

Under Getting Started, click the Set up single sign on tile:

Under Select a single sign-on method, click SAML:

Click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the Basic SAML Configuration:

Update Identifier and Reply URL

Using the information provided by Kno2fy, copy your unique Identifier and Reply URL into Azure.

Click Save to save the new Basic SAML Configuration settings:

Complete The Configuration

To complete the configuration process, copy the App Federation Metadata Url into Kno2fy:

Copy the login URL generated from Kno2fy

After completing configuration, copy the login URL to the Sign on URL field in the Basic SAML Configuration:

Test Sign In

Scroll to the bottom and click the Test button to test the new settings:
