Patient Search is available in My Intake for indexing received messages prior to using Download to EMR and in Release for identifying messages prior to sending.
To perform a patient search in My Intake or Release
Click the magnifying glass to the right of Patient Details.
Search by First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, MRN, and Gender.
The minimum required information is First Name or Last Name.
Select the patient.
The patient detail fields will be populated with information from your EHR.
