If your organization has enabled WellSky Enterprise Connector Patient Lookup, you can quickly associate patient details to a message.
Patient Lookup is available in My Intake for indexing received messages prior to using Download to EMR, and in Release and Kno2 Desktop for identifying messages prior to sending.
To perform a patient search in My Intake or Release
Click the magnifying glass to the right of Patient Details.
Search by First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Patient ID, or MRN.
If the patient details are not available or incorrect, enter enough details to find the appropriate patient from the available demographics.
MRN is not available in the WellSky Enterprise Patient Search.
All other fields are available for searching.
Select the patient.
The patient detail fields will be populated with information from WellSky.
To perform a patient search in Kno2 Desktop
Click the magnifying glass to the right of Patient Details.
Search by First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Patient ID, or MRN.
If the patient details are not available or incorrect, enter enough details to find the appropriate patient from the available demographics.
MRN is not available in the WellSky Enterprise Patient Search.
All other fields are available for searching.
Select the patient.
