To configure multi-factor authentication using an Authenticator Application with a compatible application (such as Google Authenticator), follow the steps below or watch our video guide: MFA Authenticator Application Setup.

Before attempting setup, verify that MFA has been enabled.

Setup MFA with an Authenticator Application

Upon successful login to the application, you will be presented with a QR code. Scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app.

Secure Your Account

This generates the one-time use code for use in your preferred application.

Google Authenticator

Enter the provided one-time code into the prompt and select Continue.

Copy Recovery Code

After entering the code, you'll be provided a recovery code.

Please record this code somewhere safe in the event that you need to login without your device.

Complete Your Login

When you have safely recorded the code, check the box to confirm and select Continue to complete your login.

On subsequent logins, you will only be prompted to enter a security code to verify your login.

Your browser can be remembered for 30 days! This allows you to bypass entering a code for 30 days as long as you login on the same device and browser.
