Activated is the status assigned to a Kno2 address that has been added to the National Provider Directory and can be used for any configuration or process in Kno2.

Provisioning is the status assigned to a new Kno2 address that has been created, but the organization is pending activation. Once the organization is activated, the status will automatically be updated from Provisioning to Activated.

Failed indicates there was an issue adding the Kno2 address to the National Provider Directory. Please contact support@kno2.com for assistance.
