Individual Installation
If you have previously installed the .exe version of Kno2 Desktop from the Support Center, Kno2 Desktop will automatically install any available updates, and will prompt the user with a popup notification to accept the updates. Users can select to Update Now or Later.
Update Now will accept the installed updates and restart the application. You may be prompted to login after the update.
Later will allow the user to continue working in Kno2 Desktop without interruption. To accept the installed updates, the user will need to restart the application by selecting Install Update or Exit Kno2 Desktop. You may be prompted to login after the update.
Enterprise Installation
If your organization is managing your deployment of Kno2 Desktop through .msi, you will receive the latest version through your company's deployment schedule(s).
