Document Sources represent the various methods in which documents can be sent and received into your organization. Common sources today include mail, fax, etc. As a patient document exchange platform, Kno2 is designed to accommodate and optimize sending and receiving from many different document sources through a standardized process.

As part of your Kno2 instance setup, you will need to configure your Document Sources. The current version of Kno2 includes Kno2 addresses (which also function as Direct addresses) and fax as available Document Sources under the Settings menu.

Example of Document Sources menu.

You will be alerted as other document sources are added and become available to Kno2 users in the near future.
