Kno2 is based upon interoperable standards, and thus any EMR that is also complying with those standards will have an intergrated feel when used in conjunction with Kno2. 

Kno2 can also integrate with data from the EMR. Documents received by a Kno2 user can be output so any MU2 certified EMR can import it natively. 

Additionally, if the EMR can watch a "hot" folder, the documents received by a Kno2 user are saved with meta data in the file name, for easy importing.
