Make changes to your Kno2 subscription or get help with billing and invoices.

If you need assistance with a Kno2 contract, Kno2 invoice, billing, or making a payment, please contact accounting@kno2.com.

Licensed Plan

If your organization is on a licensed plan or pays for Kno2 via an invoice, you will see the message "You are on a licensed version of Kno2. Please contact [Reseller] to change your plan". Please reach out to your listed Reseller or accounting@kno2.com for assistance with licensed plan billing questions.

Adding Users Page and Prompted for Upgrade

If your organization is on a licensed plan that does not have Unlimited users, selection of the “+” sign to add another user will automatically prompt you to upgrade your plan. Please reach out to support@kno2.com for an account review to see if you qualify for a free upgrade to unlimited users!

Cancel a Licensed Plan

Cancelling a licensed plan does not remove the account but makes it inaccessible until it is reactivated. To cancel your Kno2 licensed plan, reach out to accounting@kno2.com.

NOTE: If you have a fax number with Kno2, ensure you have ported the number to a new fax provider prior to cancelling, otherwise the number will be cancelled as well.

Reactivate a Licensed Plan

A licensed plan may be reactivated after cancellation. Please contact sales@kno2.com for assistance reactivating a licensed plan.


Subscription Plan

If you pay via credit card for a monthly subscription, the plan your organization is currently registered for is indicated by the selected radio button in the first column and “Current” in the Subscription Plan column.

Adding Users Page and Prompted for Upgrade

If your organization is on a subscription plan that does not have Unlimited users, selection of the “+” sign to add another user will automatically prompt you to upgrade your plan. Your current plan will be designated as such under the name of the current subscription plan. The radio button for the next subscription plan will have been selected for you. Simply select the Update Subscription Now button to complete the upgrade.

Cancel a Subscription

Cancelling a subscription does not remove the account. but makes it inaccessible until it is reactivated. To cancel your Kno2 subscription plan, navigate to the settings gear in the upper right-hand corner and select Billing from the menu. Select the Cancel Subscription button.

NOTE: If you have a fax number with Kno2, ensure you have ported the number to a new fax provider prior to cancelling, otherwise the number will be cancelled as well.


Reactivate a Subscription

A subscription may be reactivated after having previously been cancelled. Log back into the account. Navigate to the settings gear and select Billing from the menu. You will be presented with a form to select the appropriate subscription plan and then reactivate the subscription.
