Set Up MFA: SMS/Voice Authentication

Try another method to receive your codes via text

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all users. Follow the steps below to complete your setup.

Set up MFA with SMS/Text Messages

Upon successful login to the web application, select Try another method.

Try another method

Select Phone.

You'll be prompted to enter your phone number, select your preferred method, and then press Continue.

Enter the received code and select Continue.

Copy Recovery Code

After allowing the login, you'll be provided a recovery code.

Please record this code somewhere safe in the event that you need to log in without your device.

Complete Your Login

When you have safely recorded the code, check the box to confirm and select Continue to complete your login.

On subsequent logins, you will only be prompted to enter a security code to verify your login.

Your browser can be remembered for 30 days! This allows you to bypass entering a code for 30 days as long as you log in on the same device and browser.
