As a new user, you will receive an email to create your Kno2 Connected™ app user account. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all users. Follow the steps below to complete your setup upon initial login.
Prerequisite: Create a Password
Click the link in that email to complete user setup process.
You will be brought to a Create Your Kno2 Account window.
Enter new password.
Confirm new password.
Select Register.
Set Up Multifactor Authentication
Upon your next login, you will be prompted to select a Multifactor Authentication method that best fits your needs.
App Store / Google Play
If you already have a preferred authenticator app installed on your device, click Continue. Otherwise, select the appropriate option for your device and install an app of your choice, then click Continue. A QR code will be displayed.
Authenticator Application: Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator. See the full setup instructions: Set Up MFA: Authenticator Application.
Auth0 Guardian Push Notifications: Scan the QR code with the Auth0 Guardian application. See the full setup instructions: Set Up MFA: Auth0 Guardian Push Notifications.
Try Another Method (SMS/Text)
If you prefer to receive your codes by SMS/text, select Try another method. A phone number verification screen will be displayed.
