To configure multi-factor authentication with SMS/Text messaging, follow the steps below or watch our video guide: SMS/Text MFA Setup.
Before attempting setup, verify that MFA has been enabled.
Setup MFA with SMS/Text Messages
Upon successful login to the web application, select Try another method.
Select SMS.
You'll be prompted to enter your phone number and select Continue.
Enter the received code and select Continue.
Copy Recovery Code
After allowing the login, you'll be provided a recovery code.
Please record this code somewhere safe in the event that you need to login without your device.
Complete your login
When you have safely recorded the code, check the box to confirm and select Continue to complete your login.
On subsequent logins, you will only be prompted to enter a security code to verify your login.
Your browser can be remembered for 30 days! This allows you to bypass entering a code for 30 days as long as you login on the same device and browser.
