A list of file types you can send with Kno2

Kno2 supports file types that are widely accepted in healthcare and administrative settings. Here is a list of file types you can send with Kno2:

  • Any HL7 CDA-based document

  • C62

  • EMS NEMSIS

  • IHE XDS-SD

  • .aif

  • .aiff

  • .bmp

  • .ccd

  • .cda

  • .doc

  • .docx

  • .gif

  • .hl7

  • .htm

  • .html

  • .jpe

  • .jpeg

  • .jpg

  • .json

  • .mtiff

  • .odp

  • .ods

  • .odt

  • .pcl

  • .pdf

  • .png

  • .ppt

  • .pptx

  • .ps

  • .rft

  • .tif

  • .tiff

  • .txt

  • .wpd

  • .wps

  • .xls

  • .xlsb

  • .xlsx

  • .xml

  • .xps

  • .xsl

  • .zip

Although, accepted and can be sent and received, the following filetypes cannot be converted, meaning they will not preview in the Kno2fy portal, but can be downloaded and leveraged downstream:

  • .zip,

  • .aif

  • .aiff

  • .json

  • .ps

  • .pcl

  • .xsl

  • EMS NEMSIS

  • IHE-XDS-SD
