If you use one of the Modernizing Medicine EHRs (EMA) in your practice and want to add the integration to your Kno2 account, please contact: practicesolutions@modmed.com to add the "Kno2 integration" to your account.
ModMed will work with your team to assign the appropriate agreements
Upon enablement, ModMed will supply you the instructions for enabling the following within your EHR:
API Key
API Secret
Please note! Save the two keys somewhere secure for entry into Kno2.
Once this has been enabled with ModMed, please perform the following within your Kno2 account:
Access Settings > API
Choose the 'b' under Integrations to "Add Integration"
Select EMA
Enter the following details captured from within your EHR:
Firm = the portion of the URL you use to log into ModMed designated for your practice (please let us know if you have questions how to find this!)
Username = API Key
Password = API Secret
Select the "Check Connection" button to verify connectivity, and/or choose "Add" to add this integration to your Kno2 account!
You're all set to begin utilizing the integration!
