Find Provider is a searchable directory of Direct addresses compiled from data shared by participating Health Information Service Providers (HISPs) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendors through the DirectTrust network. Please note that not all HISPs and EHRs contribute to this directory, and some listed addresses may be outdated or invalid if the responsible organization has not maintained their information. For best results, verify address accuracy with the recipient before use.
