The following steps should be completed by a Kno2 Administrator if your PointClickcare integration needs to be deleted for any reason:
Log into Kno2
Select Settings (gear icon)
Select API
Click on the Delete icon beside your PointClickCare instance
Click on your name in the upper right of your screen.
Select My Profile > Integrations and delete your PointClickCare token
