PointClickCare - Integration Deletion

Some updates or troubleshooting may require deleting your PointClickCare integration so that it may be re-added.

The following steps should be completed by a Kno2 Administrator if your PointClickcare integration needs to be deleted for any reason:

  • Log into Kno2

  • Select Settings (gear icon)

  • Select API

  • Click on the Delete icon beside your PointClickCare instance

  • Click on your name in the upper right of your screen.

  • Select My Profile > Integrations and delete your PointClickCare token

Once your integration and token have been removed, follow the steps in the article PointClickCare - Integration Configuration to re-add your integration.
