Send Non-PHI Fax allows you to send a fax that is not about a patient without needing to included patient information such as a name.
Here's how to use this feature:
Select Release and click the caret on the right of the New Release button; click Send Non-PHI fax to begin your message.
Enter a Subject.
Enter a 'To' number.
Select a 'From' number.
Optional: add a message for the recipient.
Click Browse to add your attachment(s).
Click Send and you will be returned to the Released Grid.
Note: Faxes sent this way use the same security as patient faxes, but no patient data is collected for your Audit trail.
