You can forward a previously released message by selecting the drop-down menu to the left of the message status on the Released Grid and clicking Forward. Forwarding a message allows you to send the content of the message to a fax number or Direct address of your choice.

You can forward to retry a failed fax or Direct message without having to upload the attachment(s) and enter patient detail again.
