Billing and Cancellation Options

Please contact your EMR if you need assistance with any of the following:

  • Your Kno2 contract

  • Your Kno2 invoice/billing

  • Making a payment

Cancellation

To cancel your Kno2 account, please reach out to your EMR vendor.

If you have a fax number with Kno2, ensure you have ported the number to a new fax provider prior to cancelling, otherwise the number will be cancelled as well.

Reactivation

Your Kno2 account may be reactivated after cancellation if desired. Please contact your EMR for assistance with reactivation.
