What if I get stuck and don’t know how to proceed?

How to get help when you need assistance.

We believe Kno2 is simple and easy to use, but that doesn’t mean you won’t get stuck from time to time. The following support options are currently available in Kno2:

  • Kno2 Knowledge Base: Available in the Support Center for business administrators as well as users, with step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use Kno2. Can be accessed at Kno2® Knowledge Base.

  • In-app Walkthroughs:

  • Video Content: Learn how to complete setup or use a feature by visiting us on YouTube.

  • Information Tips: Hover over information icons for more information about a particular feature.

  • Click to Chat: Chat with someone live using the blue and white bubble in the bottom left corner on every page in Kno2.

  • Submit a Ticket: Can’t find what you are looking for? You can always submit a ticket to Kno2 Support through the Support Center.
