Managing your email notifications in Kno2

Kno2 provides the ability to receive email notifications for different events.

Users can receive:

  • Notifications:  Select this option to be notified via email when there are important Kno2 notifications for your review.

  • New messages received: Select this option to be notified via email any time a new message is received that you are designated to view/process

Admins can receive:

  • Notifications:  Select this option to be notified via email when there are important Kno2 notifications for your review.

  • New messages received:  Select this option to be notified via email any time a new message is received that you are designated to view/process.

  • Unassigned message: Select this option to be notified via email anytime a new message is received and there are no rules designated for the message. 

  • Unprocessed messages: Select this option to be notified via email when there are unprocessed messages for longer than 24 hours in your organization.

  • Failed messages digest: Select this option to be notified via email when there are failed messages to be acknowledged. 

The notification options are configurable and can be turned on or off with a simple checkbox. By default, the notifications are turned on when you first sign in to Kno2, with the exception of the Failed messages digest.

  1. To configure the email notifications, click on your name in the upper right, then select My Profile.

  2. Select Email Notifications on the left.

  3. Check the boxes for the notifications that you would like to receive.

  4. Uncheck the boxes for any notifications that you do not want to receive. 

  5. Select Save Changes.
